Craig Ginsberg received his J.D. from Albany Law School, where he was the Executive Director of the Moot Court program. Craig focuses his practice on matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, and claims arising under New York Labor Law. He has represented a wide variety of clients, including several insurance carriers, a globally recognized telecommunications company, various New York City municipal and governmental entities, and one of the largest real estate property owners in Manhattan. He has argued before the New York State Appellate Division and has vast experience handling matters from inception through trial in all five New York City Boroughs, as well as Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester County.
Craig was recognized as a New York “Super Lawyer” under its List of “Rising Stars” in 2020 and 2021.
Craig is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
