Chris Terzian Closes Out 2015 With Dual Summary Judgment Wins

Partner Chris Terzian recently won 2 cases through summary judgment motions, which resulted in claims being dismissed against the physicians he represented.

In November of 2015 Chris won summary judgment in a Kings County case for an emergency medicine physician accused of failing to diagnose colon cancer.

In December of 2015 Chris moved for summary judgment motion in a Westchester County case for a pediatric surgeon accused of failing to diagnose fatal internal bleeding from vital organs, suffered by a 5 year old boy who was the victim of an automobile accident in upstate New York. His motion was so convincing that the plaintiff could not oppose it. Chris found top experts in Pediatric emergency medicine and pediatric surgery affiliated with Yale-New Haven medical center to support his compelling arguments, and were willing to testify at trial if needed.
