Destiny S. Holliday

Destiny joined Bartlett LLP as an Associate in March 2023.  Her practice includes the defense of lawsuits involving medical malpractice and general liability claims.

Prior to joining Bartlett LLP, Destiny was an Assistant District Attorney at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office where she was responsible for the investigation and prosecution of both misdemeanor and felonies. Destiny has both bench and jury trial experience and has presented numerous cases to the grand jury.

Destiny earned her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Adelphi University, where she majored in Criminal Justice.  She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law.  At Hofstra, Destiny was a member of the Pro Bono Scholars Program and competed with Hofstra Trial Advocacy and the NEBLSA Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial team. Destiny is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York.
