Jessica M. Serva

Jessica M. Serva is a partner in the firm’s Garden City office. She specializes in the defense of complex, catastrophic and high-exposure general liability matters with a focus on labor law, construction claims, premises liability, motor vehicle/transportation accidents and property damage. She has extensive experience in all aspects of motor vehicle litigation, including subrogation, SUM/UM, and No-Fault. She is an accomplished trial attorney handling cases from inception through verdict. She also takes a proactive role in counseling clients on risk management, in additional to risk transfer techniques and strategies. Additionally, Ms. Serva has extensive experience and success in mediations and arbitrations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Serva was a partner with a New York litigation firm, where she defended and managed all stages of trial litigation.

Ms. Serva has also volunteered her time as a mentor and role model to other young woman who are driven to succeed in the Moxxie Mentoring Foundation, which is nonprofit corporation that works toward mentoring college women on Long Island. She is a member of the Defense Association of New York (DANY) and participated in “Leadership, Mentorship and Rainmaking.” This nine-month program was an initiative to elevate women and minorities in the legal profession, providing them with tools to advance in the field. She also serves on the Rockville Centre Community Fund Committee.
