Rob joins Bartlett as an experienced litigator and is a valued member of Bartlett LLP’s General Liability and Excess Monitoring practice groups. His practice focuses on complex litigation matters involving New York Labor Law, premises liability, and products liability. Known for his thorough preparation, practical approach, and clear communication, Rob is committed to delivering strategic and cost-effective solutions for clients facing significant exposure.
Rob has successfully managed cases from inception through resolution. His experience includes conducting and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, performing in-depth legal research, and participating in trials. Clients benefit from his ability to efficiently navigate complex litigation while maintaining focus on favorable outcomes and business priorities.
Prior to joining Bartlett LLP, Rob worked at a national litigation firm, where he gained extensive experience representing a wide range of corporate clients—including premises owners, construction firms, school districts, and leading product manufacturers—in high-stakes matters involving labor law, products liability, toxic torts, and professional liability.
Rob earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and competed on the school’s National Sports Law Negotiation Competition team. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, graduating with Dean’s List and Provost’s Honors distinctions.
Rob has been recognized for his professional excellence by multiple legal publications. He was named to the New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2020 through 2024 and was recognized as “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America for 2024–2025.
