Thomas Witowski

Tom joins Bartlett as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Florida office. Tom brings his vast experience in the areas of first party property defense and insurance coverage with training from highly respected law firms in Florida and Pennsylvania. Tom provides coverage analysis and defends multi-national, national and regional insurers regarding issues involving commercial general liability, business, homeowners insurance, and automobile insurance. Tom extensive experience includes litigating cases in federal and state courts throughout Florida.

 Tom received his law degree, cum laude, from Penn State Dickinson Law in 1998, where he was a member of The Woolsack Honor Society for academic excellence. While at law school, Tom received the James S. Bowman Memorial Award for excellence in Administrative Law and CALI Awards for the highest grades in Administrative Law and International Law. Tom received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton in 1993.
