Zach Brewer is a civil trial lawyer in our Florida office. Zach previously managed the regional trial team of a large national commercial litigation firm, where he obtained several multi-million dollar verdicts at trial as a commercial plaintiff’s attorney. He was awarded National Litigation Attorney of the Year for 2015 at the firm. He has extensive experience in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate levels, and has frequently been selected for “bet the company” cases. He has also handled all aspects of litigation, trial, and appeals of matters involving Bad Faith and extracontractual exposure, Catastrophic and Personal Injury Defense, Medical Malpractice, Professional Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Trucking Defense, Real Estate, Financial Litigation, Title Disputes, FDCPA/FCCPA/TILA/RESPA, Malicious Prosecution, HOA/COA representation, Construction General Liability, Employment, ADA/Disability, and First Party Property.
Mr. Brewer also has extensive experience as in-house counsel for several companies and non-profit organizations, which has allowed him to understand client needs from a holistic perspective. He has frequently led trainings of departments of some of the largest corporations in the areas of litigation, bad faith, and technology.
Mr. Brewer received two Bachelors of Arts Degrees from Florida State University, where he was a member of the Eta Sigma Delta International Honor Society, and his Juris Doctorate from Florida Costal School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Florida and the U.S.D.C.s for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
Mr. Brewer is a former registered lobbyist in Florida and a past Member of the Florida Bar Technology Committee, and a current member of the Jacksonville Bar Association.
