We defend our clients in State court, Federal court, and before all agencies having jurisdiction. Much of this complex, multi-party litigation involves claims of wrongful death or other types of catastrophic loss. As such, our team members are called on to do whatever it takes to reach the most favorable resolution—whether it be at trial, on appeal, through alternative dispute resolution, or otherwise. We are able to achieve excellent results through consistent collaboration and open communication among and between attorneys and staff at all levels within the firm.
