Bartlett’s general liability practice remains a focal point of our firm. The General Liability practice includes a comprehensive automobile liability group in which we defend third-party liability claims, uninsured/underinsured motorists, SIU/fraud claims as well as no-fault and PIP claims.
Our premises liability unit defends municipal, commercial and residential owners of both large and small properties. We defend trip and falls, slip and falls, security and lighting claims. We also work with our clients in developing best practices to reduce exposure to premises liability.
The municipal liability practice at Bartlett LLP includes representation of various governmental entities as well as their officers and employees in general liability, premises liability, Section 1983 claims and state and local Tort Claims Acts matters.
