Zach Landes is the managing partner of Bartlett’s Florida offices headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. He is an accomplished litigation and corporate attorney with over a decade of experience developing and delivering cost effective claims management and resolution strategies. He serves as legal counsel for clients across a variety of industries including construction, banking, hospitality and real estate, among others. Zach has extensive experience defending construction defect, personal injury and other liability claims on behalf of the largest insurers and third-party administrators in the country. He has also served as coverage counsel for these insurers, including those who have issued WRAP/OCIP/CCIP policies in connection with large construction projects.

Zach manages cases from inception through trial and has routinely negotiated six and seven figure settlements of complex, multi-party disputes. Although the bulk of Zach’s practice revolves around litigation, he also has significant transactional experience preparing and negotiating a variety of legal documents including real estate development agreements, sales and lease agreements, financing agreements and corporate governance documents.

Zach earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2009. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2006 with a major in political science and a minor in economics.

Zach is admitted to practice law in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and United States District Courts in Florida and Pennsylvania.
