Mubeen is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation. Known for his strategic approach, courtroom presence, and unwavering dedication to justice, Mubeen has earned a reputation for delivering favorable outcomes in high-stakes matters across a range of practice areas and venues.
A graduate of SUNY Buffalo, Mubeen earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and is admitted to practice in the courts of New York State. From the outset of his legal career, he has demonstrated a commitment to trial advocacy, distinguishing himself through strong client representation, meticulous case preparation, and steadfast advocacy.
Prior to joining Bartlett, Mubeen served as a key member of the staff counsel trial team at a large national insurance company. His firsthand experience inside the insurance industry gives him a unique perspective on the expectations and operational priorities of our carrier clients. This background will further strengthen Bartlett’s ability to deliver efficient, results-driven, and client-aligned litigation services.
