The Workers’ Compensation & Disability Practice Group, led by Warren Roth with partners Ryan K. Allen and John Quartucio, achieved excellent and hard won results for a former police officer in three different aspects: New York State Disability Retirement, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability, securing all three benefits for the client over the course of several years of representation. Excerpts from the client’s glowing letter to the firm:
