Christopher Gibbons specializes in high-exposure personal injury matters, with a particular emphasis on NY Labor Law claims and the loss transfer issues that typically arise in such cases. He has extensive experience handling all manner of general liability claims including premises liability, transportation liability, construction defects, motor vehicle, property damage and municipal liability, as well as insurance coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions. Chris is an experienced litigator who regularly handles cases from pre-suit investigation through trial, and has briefed and argued a variety of issues in the Appellate Division of the State of New York.
Chris received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and is a graduate of Long Island University – C.W. Post Campus. He is admitted to practice in the Courts of New York State, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts, and the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and is a member of the Defense Association of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
