Denisse M. Ibarra

Denisse brings 15 years of experience in the legal profession. She focuses her practice on first-party property coverage disputes, but also handles cases involving commercial litigation and construction disputes, including breach of contract, mechanics’ liens and bond claims. Denisse has defended a variety of liability and property claims on both commercial and personal lines insurance policies. She has won several motions for summary judgment and has obtained dismissals of several declaratory judgment actions against her insurance carrier clients.

Denisse skillfully determines strengths and weaknesses in her legal representation, which allows her to develop a clear strategy that moves forward toward the goal of successful resolution. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Florida International University and obtained her law degree from Florida State University College of Law. Denisse is fluent in Spanish.
