Julia Buli

Julia Buli is a key member of Bartlett LLP’s Appellate Practice and Complex Motions Team. In this focused role, she is deployed on the firm’s highest-stakes matters—and the effect of her legal writing prowess is felt across the firm’s substantive practice areas.

Ms. Buli graduated Magna Cum Laude from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she earned many an academic distinction: Dean’s List, CALI awards, Honors Program Scholar, and Star Fellow.

Outside of the classroom, Ms. Buli was no less effective, serving as the Touro Law Review Issue Editor and publishing in the journal of New York Zoning Law and Practice and awaiting publication in the Touro Law Review.

Before law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island. While majoring in Economics, she worked as a paralegal and office manager for a New York City law firm that handles complex negligence matters. She is fluent in Albanian.
