David is a part of Bartlett LLP’s general liability team. In this role, he contributes to all aspects of litigation, from inception through trial preparation. He is a particularly adept at fact investigation and legal research. Prior to joining Bartlett LLP, David’s work involved representing clients in lead paint and water pollution cases, as well as representing municipalities in complex property matters.
David earned his Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center, where he served as an editor of the Touro Law Review and participated in Moot Court. As a founding member of Touro’s VITA chapter, David aided low-income taxpayers. Also, while a law student, David was a legal intern at the Town of Babylon’s Town Attorney’s Office, where he defended personal injury claim brought against this municipality.
David earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. After college and before law school, David worked as an accountant.
