Marybeth Cullinan

Marybeth previously served as the managing partner of Bartlett’s Florida offices for more than a decade.  Marybeth presently is an experienced trial attorney and represents insurance companies in first party residential and commercial property and casualty claims and defends third party medical malpractice claims, general liability claims, transportation liability claims, motor vehicle accident claims. Marybeth also defends Officers and Directors for Condominiums and HOAs. During her 23 years as a trial lawyer, she has also represented professionals, such as attorneys, architects and engineers in professional liability claims.

Marybeth is a 1991 graduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and Florida. She is also admitted in the United States District Courts for the Southern District and Middle District of Florida.
