Jorge L. Cruz-Bustillo

Jorge L. Cruz-Bustillo is a Senior Trial Partner with more than 30 years of experience in the litigation and trial of a wide array of complex, high-exposure claims. Jorge represents insurance companies in first party residential and commercial property and casualty claims, including third party construction defect claims, defense of engineers, architects, and insurance agents in professional liability claims.  Jorge also handles all manner of general liability claims, commercial disputes, general professional liability, as well as administrative and regulatory matters before the Division of Administrative Hearing, including matters under Florida’s Election Law.

In addition, Jorge is an accomplished author and instructor.

Jorge graduated from Stetson College of Law in 1992. He graduated with a B.A., from the University of Florida. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as the Federal Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
