Roland A. Vitanza

Roland Vitanza focuses his practice in the area of general liability defense with particular emphasis upon the defense of construction accident claims brought under the New York State Labor Law and Occupational Safety & Health Administration. Roland has successfully represented a multitude of construction companies, corporations, religious institutions, hospitals and municipalities in both state and federal court. In addition to construction accident claims, Roland has significant experience litigating premises liability, medical/professional malpractice and vertical transportation claims.

Roland is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelors of Arts in British & American Literature and is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law. In 2008, Roland Vitanza was awarded an internship at the prestigious international firm of Nunziante Magrone, Studio Legale in Rome, Italy.  Roland has been awarded recognition as a top ten New York attorney from the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys for the year 2024.
