Steven E. Snair

Steven Snair joined the firm in 2021, bringing with him over ten years of complex litigation experience. Immediately prior to joining Bartlett LLP, Steven was an integral part of a practice group dedicated to limiting damages in catastrophic injury cases. Before that, as an associate of a highly-regarded, traditional medical malpractice and general liability firm, he successfully defended the interests of carriers, institutions, and physicians alike.

Following law school graduation and admission to the New York State Bar, Steven represented real estate owners in litigation in which their title or possession was at stake. He has also worked for Suffolk County as a prosecutor.

Steven’s practice has in recent years involved the defense of critical claims, in which he has developed case-specific resolution strategies that led to enhanced client outcomes. At Bartlett LLP, he is part of the firm’s medical malpractice and general liability practice groups.
