Ms. Raza is a graduate of Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Hunter College, where she majored in Political Science with a double minor in Religion and Women’s Gender Studies.
At Touro Law Center, Ms. Raza was a campus leader: She served as the Business Editor for Touro Law School’s Trial Advocacy and Practice Honor Society, preparing her classmates for trial competition. She was a founding member of Touro Law Center’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Ms. Raza placed in the 2022 New York State Bar Association Mediation Tournament (the first it had ever competed). And she was a Touro Law Student Ambassador, engaging with prospective and admitted students.
Ms. Raza was just as busy off-campus: she participated in several legal internships including a Summer Honors Intern with the New York City Law Department, where she worked with the Special State Law Enforcement Defense Unit, defending the NYPD against 1983 claims. She completed a clerkship with the Honorable William J. Condon of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County.
