Amol N. Christian

Amol N. Christian concentrates his practice on catastrophic and high-exposure bodily injury litigation involving construction worksite claims under New York’s Labor Law, premises liability, toxic torts, and transportation liability.  He is an experienced litigator, who has handled cases from inception through trial and has argued frequently before the New York State Appellate Divisions on a variety of matters.

Amol received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team.  He is admitted to practice in the state Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
