Xiomara L. Cruz

Ms. Cruz received her law degree from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York in 2002 and is admitted to practice in Florida’s State Courts as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Ms. Cruz resides in Bartlett’s Florida offices where she handles first-party insurance defense, general liability, property damage, premises liability, construction defect, wrongful death and errors and omissions litigations.

In addition to her experience with a prominent South Florida firm specializing in Construction Litigation, Insurance Defense & Commercial Law, prior to joining Bartlett Ms. Cruz served as a Women’s Rights Advocate attorney and as a Casualty Claims Examiner at Chubb & Son Insurance.

Xiomara’s personal interests include health and fitness activities, cultural and musical events and enjoying spending time with her family.  She is a member of the South Palm Beach Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, and the Colombian American Bar Association.
